It may have happened to me personally once at an airport and on a bus in London.
But I'm sure about one. There were Austrians, two couples in their late forties. One said about me "He comes from eating and goes to eating". After they realized that I spoke German - I was on the phone with a friend - he said, laughing, as they got out: "I guess I put my foot in it." Pretty cheeky. But who cares.
Children pay attention to me more often. "Look Mommy how fat he is", Or "He's far away" :-) Children often speak the truth. I don't mind that either. But that only happened - at least as far as I noticed - really only twice.
Bodyshaming seems to be a really widespread phenomenon, as you can see here, for example https://www.swr.de/swrkultur/wissen/body-shaming-wie-dicke-menschen-diskriminiert-werden-104.html
Generally, people who don't fit the norm probably have to suffer such things more often. Too bad.
