Stomach flu or food poisoning, I don't know which. Strange either way: almost no stomach pain, but a fever above 38 degrees that then went down a bit more every day. The weight loss is brutal, though it will surely come back — I wouldn't go through this for any amount of weight loss in the world. I drank the same five litres of water a day as before; and yes, I did ask my GP about that once.
