The cinema trip and the birthday really hit hard. On Sunday my food log came to 5,562 kcal, including popcorn, a pack of dragée biscuits and a Big Mac. Yesterday was my birthday, with 5,359 kcal and four and a half slices of Sachertorte. In the evening it was clear: tomorrow I'll weigh even more. This morning the scale showed 199.4 kg, compared with 194.5 kg on Sunday morning.
