The beginning - and the why

So, the idea came actually while I was talking with my therapist. I told him that maybe I want to write a book about me losing weight. He was all for it. And told me in his opinion it would be a very good idea. I spoke with one of my best friends about it and he advised me to make a blog instead of a book. Also my nutritionist thought it would be a good idea. Also to have a kind of a diary: to see where things worked. And which ones didn't work.

So, here I am, at the moment - let me think - 2023-1978 = 45 years old, about 218 kg, BMI  60.4, thus (above BMI 40) Adipositas permagna. I take a lot of pills against depression, high blood pressure, cholesterin, and so on.

So when I started to write a book I "invented" the SMART system:

With my therapist Floyd and also my nutritionist Astrid I made a pact to do that this year. Though I struggeled. And Astrid made the suggestion instead of using the weight to make a specific goal like eating not more then a certain amounts of sweets per week, or a certain amount of portions of salad. I agreed to both. So 7 sweets it is, and 7 salads/vegetables as well.
